I have to reset my password every time I use the app — I am a power user of planning center for over 20 years and I can’t stand it any more. I have to reset my password every time I use the app. It has happened over the years periodically but now it’s every time I use the app. I’ve asked for help so many times and finally got a response that said I have to contact my email provider and sort it out. So it’s now my fault? Just fix it. I have had enough and it’s time to give planning center grief until they fix it. This has ruined so many church services. It ruined the Christmas Eve pageant because I could not log in and get the video in time for the service. Planning center is starting to really frustrate my church now. This software, because of security/log in issues, has been the absolute worst user experience I have had with an app. Fix it please. Driveturkey1984

Session Disconnects — Having routine issues where sessions to leaders will lockup and stop working. It will say session is connected, but other devices will not be flipping anymore. Even disconnecting and reconnecting doesn’t fix, so we need to stop session and start new one. WiFi is fine. Even tried new devices. Joshzone1990
